I am seeking a board-certified psychiatrist or psychiatric APRN licensed in Florida who is willing to enter into a Collaborative Practice Agreement (CPA) as required under Florida Statute §464.0123. The time commitment is minimal and flexible, primarily availability for consultation and periodic chart review.
I carry my own NSO malpractice insurance, hold active ACLS and BLS certifications, and am fully compliant with all Florida APRN requirements. I am happy to work with your legal team on agreement terms.
